This offer is not aimed at consumers within the meaning of § 312g BGB, but exclusively at entrepreneurs / commercial customers who act in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity when concluding a legal transaction.
1.) You receive emails from other members
By registering with ViralEmails.de, you agree to receive emails from other members via our system. The sending of e-mails is strictly limited. You can unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time, but if you do so, you will no longer be able to use the ViralEmails.eu site.
The number of emails you can send to other members depends on your membership level, the number of referrals you have and the advertising points you have.
2.) No guarantee for a minimum number of mailings
The different membership levels contain a different number of recipients that you can reach with one mailing. We cannot guarantee this number of recipients, as there may not be 500 members in the start-up phase of the site, for example. As soon as the respective number of members is reached, the mails will of course be sent to the maximum number of recipients.
If a mailing does not go out due to technical problems, we accept no liability for this. However, we will credit your advertising again if you contact us.
3.) Payments for upgrades, points, products or advertising cannot be refunded.
All payments on this site are final, i.e. we cannot give refunds.
All prices include VAT at the current rate of 19%.
Payments are possible via PAYPAL.
4.) Your position as an affiliate
Every member of this site has the opportunity to refer new members via a referral link. We pay out the commission earned once a month via PayPal.
We do not pay commissions for second or further accounts that were recruited as referrals via your first account (if you sponsor yourself as a referral).
Each person may only have ONE free account. Second registrations will be deleted without warning.
Each person must confirm their membership PERSONALLY. This means that nobody may click on the confirmation link or manage the account for another member.
Anyone caught "cheating", e.g. by writing new referrals under themselves, confirming memberships of other members or creating several free accounts, will be deleted without warning.
5.) Unwanted content
We cannot guarantee that our members' adverts are free from undesirable content. Therefore, anyone using this website must be at least 18 years of age. We will exclude members who send or post unwanted content from this site without warning. Undesirable content includes anything to do with pornography, gambling, drugs, medicines, weapons, rip-offs etc.
Misleading e-mail subject lines such as "You have received a payment..." etc. are also not tolerated.
We assume no liability for the content posted by members of this site.
6.) Memberships with recurring payments
Some of our upgrade levels include monthly or annual payments. The member is responsible for these payments. This means that if someone does not wish to continue with an upgrade, they can cancel / delete it in their PayPal account. No payments will be refunded for memberships that are not cancelled in time before the next direct debit.
7.) No guarantee of results
We cannot guarantee results as we have no control over what you offer and how you offer it. If you do not achieve results, please contact us and we will try to find a solution.
8.) Integration of our codes
The integration of our codes to collect advertising points is only permitted on pages that do not violate "Undesirable content" (point 5).
The codes may not be used on auto-surf / automatic visitor exchangers, nor on sites that are advertised via these auto-surf services.
The login banner code may only be included on login pages and login offer pages.
